Leadership Development Program Application

Our Leadership Development Program is a 12-month residency adventure that is designed to equip future ministry leaders for Jesus-centered, discipleship-driven, & transformation-focused full-time ministry in the local church.

We call the participants in this program: Protégés

This program is for emerging young leaders who have a clear call to ministry, a passion for Jesus, a burden for the lost, and a hunger to build the Church.

Our Summer Intern Program is a 2-month adventure that is designed to help young leaders discern their call to ministry & explore various roles and opportunities within the local church.

If you are feeling called to ministry and are interested in exploring more of what that can look like, this program is for you.

We call the participants in this Summer Internship: Interns.
